Purifying our mind
In order to make material progress, human beings have contaminated the environment, creating pollution in the land, seas and air. In a similar way, we have equally polluted our minds by performing countless negative actions. As a result of these actions, we continue to experience problems and suffering.

Lesson 5:
Stop!
By making a promise to refrain from committing negative actions, we sow the seeds for future happiness.
